This Refund Policy applies to purchases of ai42001.ai assessments and digital products. Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”), our Merchant of Record.
ai42001.ai products are intended for business and organizational customers purchasing in the course of their trade or profession, and are licensed for use within the purchasing organization. They are not directed to consumers purchasing for personal, family, or household purposes.
Tier 1 — Free Self-Assessment
Tier 1 is free. No payment is taken and no refund applies.
Tier 2 — Remote Expert Assessment (digital service)
Access to the assessment is delivered immediately after purchase via a unique link.
- Before you submit: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not yet submitted the assessment for expert review. You may open and complete the questionnaire during this period without affecting your right to a refund.
- After you submit: Once you submit the assessment for expert review, the purchase is non-refundable for change of mind, because the expert review service has then been engaged.
- Quality guarantee: If we fail to deliver the expert review, or the service materially differs from what is described on this site, we will correct the issue or, if we cannot, issue a full refund.
Consumers (EU, UK, and similar): By submitting the assessment for expert review, you expressly request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once the service has begun.
AI Governance Toolkit — Templates & Bundled Threat Intelligence (digital download)
Toolkit editions (Complete, Risk Management Suite, Impact Assessment Suite) are delivered as immediate downloads and include 12 months of AI Threat Intelligence access.
- Before you download: If you have not yet downloaded the files, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- After you download: Once the files have been downloaded, the purchase is non-refundable for change of mind, because the complete digital product has been delivered.
- Quality guarantee: Regardless of download, if within 14 days you cannot access the files, the files are corrupted or will not open in current versions of Microsoft Word or Excel, or the product materially differs from what is described on this site, we will correct the issue or, if we cannot, issue a full refund.
A refund of a toolkit purchase revokes the bundled Threat Intelligence access immediately (the associated Access ID stops working) and terminates the license to use the downloaded materials; you must stop using and delete all copies. To deter misuse, delivered files and Threat Intelligence documents are watermarked and traceable to your purchase.
Consumers (EU, UK, and similar): Because the download is provided immediately, by downloading the files you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once the download has begun.
On-site Assessment (by separate arrangement)
On-site engagements (available in the Republic of Korea) are arranged separately. Refund and cancellation terms are set out in the applicable engagement agreement.
How to request a refund
Contact support@ai42001.ai with the email address used for the purchase and your transaction ID. As our Merchant of Record, Paddle also handles order and billing inquiries and processes approved refunds.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable law.
