A. No. The video walkthrough is recorded and delivered to your inbox with English subtitles, so you can watch it at your convenience and share it with your team. Follow-up questions are handled over email.
Q. Will my responses be used to train AI?
A. No. We do not use client questionnaire responses or evidence to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any AI model.
Q. How is Tier 2 different from the Free Assessment?
A. The Free Assessment is a five-minute self-check that gives you a readiness snapshot. Tier 2 is a comprehensive, expert-verified assessment assessment with a detailed report, benchmark comparison, personalized walkthrough, and follow-up support.
Q. Does this assessment affect certification independence?
A. No. This is an advisory readiness assessment, entirely separate from any formal certification audit. ai42001.ai operates independently of any certification body, and purchasing this service does not constitute, replace, or influence a certification audit.
Q. Do you offer on-site assessments?

Q. Can I share the report with my team or external auditor?
A. Yes. Your report is yours. You can share it internally with your team, with your external certification auditor, or with regulators as you see fit.
Q. Can I sign a Data Processing Addendum?
